Craig is a 2003 Graduate of Mount Aloysius College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. He obtained his Property and Casualty License in November of 2012. He is currently pursuing his AIC designation.
In February 2004, he began his career in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster with Rockwood Casualty Insurance Company. During his tenure with Rockwood, he handled, supervised and managed multi-line claims; primarily focused on auto, general liability and workers compensation. He advanced within Rockwood to become a Claims Supervisor and later the Partnership Account Claims Manager.
In October 2016, Craig joined Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a Technical Claims Specialist working in their Complex Unit handling large loss and complex claims in a variety of jurisdictions.
In February 2018, he joined Reed Wertz & Roadman as the agency’s Claim Manager. Within this position he assists customers with carrier related issues and manages the agency’s claims. In addition to being a go-between on specific claim matters, he also has served as a customer adversary in coverage determinations, claim payments, proper reserving and timely claim closures.
