Holly is a 1989 graduate of Everett Area High School. In October of 1989, she started working with Reed, Wertz & Roadman as the receptionist. In February of 1992, Holly obtained her Property and Casualty License and in May of 1992, she moved from the role as Receptionist to a Customer Service Representative in the Personal Lines Department. In July of 1995, she earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. In January of 2019, after working in Personal Lines for 27 years, Holly decided to move to the Commercial Lines Department as a Commercial Lines and Farm Account Representative. She is currently working on her CISR Elite and AFIS (Agriculture Farm Insurance Specialist) designation.
