Kelsey is a 2003 graduate of Bedford High School. She attended Liberty University and Allegany College of Maryland after graduation. She obtained her P&C license in 2013 and Life & Health license in 2015. She owned her own insurance agency for 5 years. She has experience in auto, home, business, life, and supplemental health insurance.
Kelsey joined RWR in November of 2023 as a Commercial Lines Representative. She resides in Bedford County on a family tree farm with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, attending her children’s extracurricular activities and volunteering on the board for Your Safe Haven.
