Santana joined the RWR team as a Commercial Customer Service Representative in 2026. She brings a strong background in healthcare administration, having worked with Pediatric Care Specialists in partnership with Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she advanced from Medical Assistant to Office Coordinator. In her role, she gained valuable experience in office management, patient coordination, and supporting daily operations.
Santana resides in Central City, Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and appreciates opportunities to relax and recharge outside of work.
