Following graduation from Bedford High School in 1976, Todd attended Juniata College where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1980. He has been active with the Agency since 1980 when he joined the staff of Reed, Wertz & Roadman, Inc. then under the ownership of his father, Donald Roadman. Todd purchased the Agency in 1993 becoming the President, which is the position he holds today.
Todd furthered his credentials by earning his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1985. He also obtained his Certified Workers Compensation Advisor (CWCA) designation as well as his Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designation. He continues to attend educational seminars to maintain his expertise.
